The Queen’s Beast’s collection is based on the ten mythical heraldic creatures that have been part of the British Monarchy’s history for centuries. These fantastic beasts stood watch in the form of ten specially commissioned gold plaster statues created by James Woodford RA when HM Queen Elizabeth II was crowned at Westminster Palace in 1953.
These symbolic creatures also inspired artist Jody Clark who created the beautifully intricate designs for this dynamic coin collection. The Queen’s Beasts bullion coin series began in 2016 with the Lion of England and this spectacular ten-ounce 2017 coin allows you to fully appreciate the designer’s skills. An amazing coin!
This coin arrived quickly and was delivered today by UPS. It was well packaged in a strong cardboard box, inside of which the coin was wrapped in bubble wrap and further wrapped in several layers of paper. The coin itself was simply beautiful with no visible signs of imperfections or scuff or bag marks. This is truly a coin to save as an investment or to pass on to a family member to treasure!

A truly stunning 10oz bullion coin. A little thinner, than all the other 10oz bullion coins, making the extra diameter very impressive. I wish that the 2oz Queens Beast had similar scaled extra diameter to 1oz coins.

Prodotto di ottima fattura e bello a vedersi
Ho comprato questa medaglia commemorativa in argento della zecca inglese su Coininvest perchè era molto più conveniente che sul sito stesso della zecca (Royal Mint Billion) e su altri siti. Il prodotto è bello a vedersi e curato come disegno (corrisponde perfettamente alla foto) ed è "pesante" (oltre 300 gr.) quindi è anche bello al tatto. Servizio eccellente da parte di Coinvest (è la prima volta che compro da loro) che mi ha spedito questa ed un'altra moneta che avevo ordinato in un pacco assicurato senza segni esteriori che richiamassero il contenuto. Il pacco mi è arrivato in tre giorni, se non ricordo male, comunque molto rapidamente. Mi sento francamente di consigliare sia il prodotto che la Coininvest, che tra l'altro adesso ha anche un customer care in Italiano (quando ho ordinato ho interagito in Inglese, ma nei giorni successivi all'acquisto sono stato contattato da personale italiano).
